About the programme
What is Re:Create GrowthCamp?
It’s a twelve-week growth programme for founder-led creative businesses. You’re paired with a business mentor and a small cohort of other creative founders, and over the twelve weeks you get 21 hours of business support and training, combining one-to-one mentoring with group workshops delivered in person at London’s Somerset House and online. It’s delivered by Creative United, a not-for-profit social enterprise, and is the next evolution of its long-running Re:Create business support programme.
Who runs Re:Create GrowthCamp?
It’s developed and delivered by Creative United, a not-for-profit Community Interest Company based at London’s Somerset House, with more than a decade of experience supporting creative and cultural businesses. Re:Create GrowthCamp is the next evolution of Re:Create, which has supported over 200 creative businesses across London and Essex.
How is this different from a generic business course or accelerator?
Because it’s built specifically for small, founder-led creative businesses. The mentoring and workshops deal with the realities of running a creative business, not general theory, and you’re matched with a mentor who knows your corner of the sector. You’ll also have a small group of other founders working through the same things, so it feels practical and personal rather than like sitting through a course.
Is it right for me?
Is Re:Create GrowthCamp right for my business?
It’s designed for ambitious creative businesses ready to grow. It’s best suited to founders or senior leaders whose business turns over around £50,000 or more, employs between one and four people, and can travel to central London for the in-person sessions. If you’re not sure, the free Growth Scorecard takes about two minutes and gives you an honest read on whether now is the right time.
Which sectors does it cover?
We work across the creative and cultural industries: advertising and marketing; architecture; crafts and visual arts; design and designer fashion; film, TV, video, radio and photography; IT, software and computer services; publishing; museums, galleries and libraries; and music and performing arts. If your business sits in or around these areas, it’s worth a conversation.
Do I have to be based in London?
No, but you do need to be able to travel to central London for the in-person workshops and networking sessions, which take place at Somerset House. Your one-to-one business mentoring and some of the sessions are delivered online, so not every hour is in person.

Getting started
How do I find out if it’s right for me?
Start with the free Growth Scorecard. It takes about two minutes, needs no sign-up to see your result, and shows where your business is strong and where the next move is, across the five areas that shape growth. From there you can book a free, no-obligation call with the programme team.
What happens after I register my interest?
A member of the team follows up to check the programme is a good fit, usually with a short call, and then asks you to complete a brief business diagnostic. Places are allocated on a rolling basis to a founding cohort of up to twelve businesses, and successful applicants are matched to the mentor best suited to their needs before the cohort begins.
When do the cohorts run?
We’re running three cohorts of Re:Create GrowthCamp. The next cohort starts on 8 September, followed by a final cohort in February 2027. Each one runs over twelve weeks and is limited to twelve founders, with the in-person workshops taking place at London’s Somerset House. Register your interest today. Places are offered on a rolling basis, so we’d encourage you to register your interest early for the intake you’d prefer. Not sure which is right for you? Take the free Growth Scorecard or book a discovery call, and the team will help you find the best fit.
How much time does it take?
The programme runs over roughly twelve weeks and involves 21 hours of support in total: about five hours of one-to-one mentoring scheduled flexibly around you, plus group workshops of two to three hours each. It’s designed to be demanding enough to make a real difference while still workable alongside running your business.
What does the fee include, and why is it £500?
The £500 +VAT founding-cohort rate covers the full programme: your one-to-one mentoring, all workshops and the peer cohort. It’s an early-adopter rate for the first cohorts, against a full programme value of around £3,000 +VAT. In return for the reduced price, we’ll ask for your feedback to help shape and improve the programme.
Is there a catch with the discounted price?
No catch. We’re offering early adopters a discounted rate. In return, we’ll ask for your feedback to help shape future programmes.
We want to learn from the first groups, so the only trade for the lower price is your honest feedback along the way.
