Next cohort starts 8 September · For founders of creative businesses

The biggest calls in your business are the ones you make alone.

Pricing. Hiring. Whether to move into more profitable work. The decisions that shape a creative business are the ones founders most often make on instinct and hope.
Re:Create GrowthCamp puts an expert business mentor and a room of twelve founders beside you for twelve weeks, so you can make the bigger moves with perspective rather than guesswork.
Run by
2,000+ creative businesses supported since 2012.
Does this sound familiar?

This programme is for you if…

If three or more of these sound familiar, you’re exactly who Re:Create GrowthCamp was built for.
You are making big calls on pricing, hiring and direction largely on your own.
Hiring and delegating feel like the next step, and also the biggest risk.
The business stalls the moment you step back from it.
You want to grow without losing what makes the work yours.
You are weighing a move into more profitable work, or a change of positioning, and the maths has to be right.
You have people who advise you on the work, and nobody who tests the business decision with you.
Best suited to founder-led businesses with £50k+ turnover and teams of 1–4 people. Sound like you?

A word from the programme director

“I often hear from creative business leaders that building confidence in themselves, with the support of a business mentor, is transformational. Suddenly, making those decisions to move forward with growing a market, putting up prices or testing a new service, become easier, as the idea has been talked through and an action plan prepared.”
